Arbitrum Temporarily Stopped Processing Due to Software Bug

The Arbitrum blockchain suffered from a bug successful its bundle Wednesday that caused the web to halt processing transactions on-chain for respective hours.

There was a bug successful Arbitrum’s sequencer, “responsible for taking idiosyncratic transactions, creating a batch of the transaction, and posting it on-chain,” according to the Arbitrum developers’ authoritative Twitter account.

The bundle bug “created web accent caused by the ample backlog of transactions which hadn’t been posted on-chain,” wrote Arbitrum Foundation’s assemblage lead, who goes by the username “eli_defi,” connected Discord. “A solution has already been deployed earlier today, and everything has been operating arsenic it should.”
