Crypto Exchange Bittrex Violated Federal Laws, SEC Charges in Lawsuit

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) alleged that crypto speech Bittrex simultaneously operated a nationalist securities exchange, broker and clearing bureau successful usurpation of national statutes. Former CEO Bill Shihara and Bittrex Global GmbH are besides facing charges.
