SEC Files Fraud Charges Against Promoters of NovaTech, Alleged $650M Crypto Pyramid Scheme

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed suit against an alleged crypto pyramid scheme, NovaTech, and 8 of its promoters connected Monday, charging them with fraud and aggregate violations of national securities laws.
