The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has accused bankrupt crypto lender Celsius Network and erstwhile CEO Alex Mashinsky of securities fraud, according to a suit filed Thursday.

The lending level filed for bankruptcy past July, and crypto consortium Fahrenheit recently won a bid to get its assets.
