SEC Sues ConsenSys Over MetaMask Staking, Broker Allegations

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission sued Ethereum bundle supplier ConsenSys implicit its MetaMask work Friday, alleging the wallet instrumentality was an unregistered broker that "engaged successful the connection and merchantability of securities" and that its staking work violated national securities laws.
