Stablecoin issuer Tether has frozen $28 cardinal worthy of USDT connected Russian crypto speech Garantex.
Garantex, which has been sanctioned by the European Union for links to the Russian authorities and transgression organizations, has suspended each its services temporarily, the speech announced connected Telegram connected Thursday.
